Through guided meditation, intuitive gemstone selection, and the meditative process of knotting, you’ll be invited to slow down, connect inward, and create something deeply meaningful to carry with you.

Each mala becomes a personal tool for grounding, meditation, and alignment.

I am a yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner based in Ojai and the founder of The Mystical Mala.

Each mala she creates is hand-knotted and infused with intention — and this workshop is an extension of that practice, offering a space for others to experience the ritual of creation for themselves.
